Instrument Report Writer is a a program for Microsoft Windows developed for the
companies that work for TÜV Italia. 
The main function of the program is to compile forms based on Excel templates and
syncronize clients’ datas and templates with the central repository.
The client program is developed with VB.NET, the server-side application is developed
with the Ruby on Rails Framework
